		Crémant de Limoux 2000 Domaine de Martinolles Ref: OWS300077 Limoux Sparkling Wine (Brut) Appellation Crémant de Limoux from Vignobles Vergnes. Crémant de Limoux is made in the 'methode traditionelle': a 60% Mauzac content with the balance split between Chenin and Chardonnay grapes. This produces a richer wine, not as sparkling as Blanquette, but deeper and fruitier. Crémant is usually more expensive to make because Chardonnay is a low yielding grape and the wine is stored for longer before the 'dosage'. £14.85
