Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the Shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection click on "Go To Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process the order.

Note that we accept payment by Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

We do not charge for any item (including a back ordered item) until it is ready to ship. If you wish you can send your credit card/debit card information to us by telephone, fax, letter or via internet email. We are always happy to call you (by request) to confirm your order details.

To make a purchase you must be:

Over 18
A resident of the UK or have an address within the UK

Note that currently we do not deliver outside the UK and we will not sell alcohol to any person under 18 years of age.

Delivery Schedule
Le Midi will use courirs for deliveries (or for smaller items, the Royal Mail) and aims to deliver all orders to you within 3 to 4 working days from the day of purchase. Items will usually require a signature on receipt, please specify any alternative arrangements on your order. If requested we can telephone to confirm dispatch.

Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges within mainland UK are:
£7.95 for all orders under £100
FREE for orders over £100

Non-UK Mainland customers (e.g. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc)
Special delivery arrangements are made for non-mainland UK customers. Please contact us for full details.

Free Delivery
If your order is over £100 you will qualify for free delivery (as long as the entire order can be dispatched in one shipment to a single address).

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Cancelled orders will receive a prompt refund.

Tax Charges
VAT
The price of each item shown in the online catalogue includes VAT at the appropriate rate for UK customers.

Credit Card Security
All credit card/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Privacy Policy
We will protect your privacy and use any information we have about you in accordance with the current Data Protection Act. We do not pass on any of your personal details or details about your order to any other company or companies. 'Cookies' are used on this shopping website to keep track of the contents of your Shopping Basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied you may return any purchase from Le Midi.

To return a purchase
1. Contact us with full details and we will authorise the return by issuing you with a Returns Reference Number
2. Make sure you use the correct packaging to avoid any damage or breakage (particularly when returning glasses, jars or bottles).
3. Use an insured and traceable method of carrier (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) to return the product(s).
4. Send the returned item(s) to:

Refunds
We will treat any return transaction on its merits if the item(s) are returned in satisfactory condition. As far as possible the item should not be damaged, opened and/or unsealed, or used in any way. The item should be complete with all the original packaging and if appropriate be in a resalable condition.

Le Midi will refund you in full (excluding any delivery charges).
